Having grown up in Bavaria and living in the beautiful Rhine-Neckar region since 2009, I have been interested in people and their complexity from an early age. It is indeed this genuine interest in personality that underlies my very trusting and professional cooperation with executives and decision-makers.

After completing my psychology studies in Landau and Munich, I held management positions in various areas at large industrial companies, SMEs, and family businesses.

As the founder and owner of Human Fit Systemische Personal- und Unternehmensberatung (Human Fit Systemic Personnel and Management Consulting), I have been working with executive search, coaching, and management diagnostics since 2007. I am particularly distinguished by my professional knowledge of human nature in combination with a trained eye for matching people and tasks.
