I spent ten years in management positions with P&L responsibility at international recruitment companies. My previous position as CEO for Switzerland at a German personnel service provider offered me a wealth of experience in personnel recruitment, organisational development, realignment, and personnel development.

In my consultancy engagements, I always strive to gain a holistic view of people. This approach has allowed me to fill complex specialist and management positions in various industries with strong and highly committed candidates.
Previously, I had sales responsibilities in the Life Sciences industry for ten years and became familiar with complex corporate structures.

Following my foundational training as a foreign language correspondent, I completed further training as a pharmaceutical representative, acquired a diploma as a marketing manager while working, and began studying business psychology (MAS/FH).

My research focuses on Life Sciences, Healthcare, Industry, and Technology sectors as well as Consulting and Service companies. I advise my clients in German and English.
